SURVIVOR ~
Breast Cancer Stage IV

My Mom seems happy again, I talked to her last night, and the port site where the infection is, is being treated. She's getting the Ozone treatment and the Laetrile through her wrist. No port anymore. She seems like she appreciates this more, and she's not as afraid as she was before, knowing the port could get infected again. She's still doing shark cartilage enemas daily. She said that she knows for a fact that this is cleansing her body. I guess that's the best reaction, when you're actually aware that it's working. The nurses seem more attentive, and are explaining everything to her as they do it. She really appreciates this, because she wants to know what's happening to her body. Dr. Contreras told her that she definitely needs the treatment, and he's happy that she's staying. She'll be there until the first of February now.
She hasn't had another bad reaction, maybe getting the Laetrile through her wrists, makes the flow slower, and her body deals with this better. Either way, if she's happy, I'm happy. My uncle said he'd pay for a plane ticket for my brother and myself to go see her next weekend. I just have to see about getting the time off from work. I hope this happens. I'd love to see the place for myself and meet the people around her. She's still very excited about all the other patients. She was sad last night, because she said that Erica (the young girl with cancer on her tongue) was going to be done with her treatment and leave sometime today. I know she'll miss her… they exchanged addresses and said they'd keep in touch. Even though I don't know the girl, My Mom loves her, and so I do too. She'll always be in my prayers now. AS WILL YOU! I'll write more later… God Bless You, Diana!
Love,
Kim
