SURVIVOR supports the concept of complementary therapies and boosting one's
diet with organic foods and supplements, but does not claim to know which
ones will work for you. This is an individual search based on your
unique needs. I personally am cautious about adding new things to the regime
my traditional western oncologist has planned for me. But after careful review,
and with his OK, I have added a number of herbs and exercises that have relieved me
of much pain and given me much energy. I cannot promise that what I do works for
everyone. That is why we have a message board and an email group, so we can discuss
these things. Be aware that to some extent you are experimenting with yourself, but
